Do take advantage of the skills of Des Indes Villas’ competent chef who is on hand to prepare daily breakfast (included in the rate), as well as lunch and dinner on request.  Guests may choose from a reasonably priced menu of home-style Indonesian, Asian and Western dishes catering to all tastes – everything from spaghetti carbonara to spicy beef rendang.  They can also arrange a barbecue of imported meats and fresh-from-the-sea fish.

The chef can tailor meals to accommodate any special dietary requirements or specific requests. Guests are requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will shop and keep the receipts for reference. It’s best to plan meals the evening before so staff can get to the early market to secure the best produce.
